If you are interested in purchasing a work of art it is best to review any sale specific terms and conditions, and contact us via email. Due to the number of requests, we regretfully cannot accept phone calls, but will respond promptly to all serious email inquiries.

If you wish to purchase a work(s), include the sale ID number(s) in the subject line and additional information including the sale name, artist name and title in the body of your email. Include your name, address, and telephone number so we may contact you.

Sale availability listings are updated frequently, but artwork pieces are subject to prior sale.

Terms and Conditions

No representation is made that the purchaser of any items will acquire any copyright or reproduction rights thereto.

All items are sold in an "As-Is" condition with no guarantee to condition, provenance or authenticity. All sales are final.

For packing and shipping arrangements, please see specific sale information. Insurance arrangements will be the responsibility of the buyer upon purchase. These sales will be subject to Illinois state sales tax. For tax-exempt buyers, a tax ID number certificate must be provided or proof of a primary residence address outside of Illinois. All sales and use tax are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Payment must be provided, via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express accepted) or wire transfer, and processed before art is released and title passes to buyer. Cash, debit card and checks will not be accepted.
